Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency. Rates depend on the season and holiday. Payment by check is preferred and must be paid in full within 45 days of arrival; this will include with a refundable security deposit of $200; 11% tax, and cleaning fee of $70. Bookings will be confirmed when the required payment and signed contract is received. Our cancellation policy requires 45 days notice before the date of your arrival. Fees:Tax Rate: 11%; Cleaning Fee $70.
